Michael Jackson will be privately buried July 7th at Forest Lawn Cemetery at 8 am.

LAPD Treating Jackson Death as Homicide
Multiple law enforcement sources tell TMZ the LAPD is already treating Michael Jackson's death as a homicide, and they are focusing on Dr. Conrad Murray.
Law enforcement sources tell us the evidence points to the anesthesia Propofol as the primary cause of Jackson's death. As we first reported, vials of Propofol were found in Jackson's home after he died.
Law enforcement sources say there is already "plenty of powerful evidence" linking Dr. Murray as the person who administered the drug to Jackson. The evidence includes various items found in Jackson's house, including the Propofol, an IV stand and oxygen tank.
Dr. Murray's lawyer would neither confirm nor deny if his client administered the Propofol.

AP source: Jackson doc gave him drug before death
LOS ANGELES – Michael Jackson's personal doctor administered a powerful anesthetic to help him sleep, and authorities believe the drug is what killed the pop singer, a law enforcement official told The Associated Press on Monday.
The official, who spoke on condition of anonymity because the investigation is ongoing, said Jackson regularly received propofol to sleep, a practice far outside the drug's intended purpose. On June 25, the day Jackson died, Dr. Conrad Murray gave him the drug sometime after midnight, the official said.
Though toxicology reports are pending, investigators are working under the theory that propofol caused Jackson's heart to stop, the official said.
Murray, 51, has been identified in court papers as the subject of a manslaughter investigation and authorities last week raided his office and a storage unit in Houston

I will try to say in easy English. The doctor gave Michael medicine that he should not have given. That medicine probably made Michael die. But what the doctor did was not a good thing but also not really "criminal" thing. So then can not say "murder". |

The doctor (coroner) wants to know if a special kind of medicine made MJ die. You are right, Michael did not want to kill himself. |

You are probably right: It was a "very big mistake of medicine" but now the news say it is "Homicide" and that word mean a kind of "murder".

Michael Jackson's death has officially been ruled a homicide, as the Los Angeles County Coroner has released a partial report on the King of Pop's death. The report cites "acute propofol intoxication" as the main cause of Jackson's death, officially linking the powerful anesthetic to his demise.
