I am expanding beyond Pokemon and as I have found that it is no longer possible to post Updates in the original Pokemon Thread this is the New and Improve 2.0 Version.

But first--here is a link to the Original as I intend to continue posting news of Pokemon Trading Card and computer games.

First Up! The Return of Dragon Ball Z under the new titles "Dragon Ball Z Kai and Dragon Ball Kai". They are not really new but the same great series( Dragon Ball Z ) that originally aired on Cartoon Network 10 years ago and it is a little confusing since 2 Names are given but it is really One Series. What is actually new are the intro music and opening scenes. You can see it on CW Network( CW4kids).

Currently CW4kids is running 2 episodes back to back but the time varies depending on where you live Saturday mornings.

Also Fans of Yu-gi-oh the Original Series is airing on the same CW4kids every Saturday. If you can't get enough Yu-gi-oh then check out the newest series "Yu-gi-oh! 5Ds'which is also airing.

OMG thank you so much for clearing up what Dragon Ball Z Kai is. I was so confused when I watch the show because it was the same show but diffrent name. Why???

You are very welcome. I don't know why they changed the name but this is my best guess. Goku is sent to 'Otherworld' after battling Raditz he trained by King Kai.

In the earlier 'Dragon Ball' series Goku was trained by Master Roshi the 'Turtle Hermit' and the symbol on the back of his orange training clothes means Turtle. In the Renamed Series, King Kai replaces Goku training clothes, which were severely damaged, with an almost identical orange uniform except on the back is new symbol that means 'Kai'.

If you continue to watch the series until reaches 'Dragon Ball GT' stage( There were 3 Series-- Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball GT ) then you will discover Goku will be trained to even higher power/skill levels by Old Kai(or maybe Supreme Kai-- it's been a while since I've seen those episodes ) who was King Kai's teacher. So you can see the name KAI will be quite important to the storyline.

Just my opinion.

Currently there are No Christmas Season announcements for Pokemon or Animae/Cartoon Specials. Pokemon will not update until Spring 2011. During the 2010, Macy Thanksgiving Parade--the Host announce "Pokemon: Black and White" Games will be released in the Spring.

I will post something in Time for Christmas if nothing other than a Custom Banner..

Members who live in USA and Canada, can watch CW4kids might be interested in the Contests running during the Saturday Morning Cartoons....Unfortunately, I think only USA Residents can enter.

Happy New Year! The Biggest News is: The Power Rangers WILL BE BACK But they will no longer be shown on ABC or ABC Family Channel in the USA. The series will run on Nickelodeon.

Power Rangers Samurai Starts February 2011

After the recent reacquisition from Disney, Haim Saban is moving full speed ahead with promoting his return to the Power Rangers franchise. Early next year, Nickelodeon will premiere the official 19th season of the series, entitled POWER RANGERS SAMURAI.

Adapting the 2009 Super Sentai Series SAMURAI SENTAI SHINKENGER, the series will revolve around five teens who must master the art of Bushido to control the elements of fire, water, sky, forest, and earth. Saban promises that unlike Disney’s previous two installments, JUNGLE FURY (2008) and RPM (2009), the series will have a fusion of comic relief and martial arts action like their Japanese counterparts.
