I own a food business that sell french fries and hash browns. Recently, the person in charge of renting me the location said that due to "health concerns" I need to change my products.

I really don't want to stray form potato products because my business name actually has the word 'potato' in it.

Do any of you know potato recipes that don't require baking and frying?

OMG, I can't really stress on how desperately I need help on this. Please help.

As much as possible they have to meet this criteria:
- can be considered fast food
- students (grade school to high school) should like the product
- can be cheaply made

I don't understand how your landlord has the authority to dictate the manner in which you prepare food. The Health Department regulates food safety and sanitation so legally I don't know why you don't tell the landlord to get lost...

But in answer to your question. You can BAKE French fries as well as fry them.

This is not a Bump...I could no longer edit my original reply. I was not paying close attention. But I noticed you mentioned--Non Baking or Frying recipes.

The only problem is unless you boil or roast potatoes there are not many choices. Look at the link I gave in the original response. It should be relatively close to a fried flavor.
