yea 5'3 / 130 pounds is not sexy.. BUT you should think there are others thats heavier than u... like 5'3 / 160 pounds. THINK of it as the median !!
And in the mean time.. instead of hating yourself being in the median, u should probably do something about it , but don't do anything drastic !
I would recommend substituting your breakfast with high-fiber cereal with 2% milk. ACTUALLY thats what I'm doing right now.. starting yesterday !!! In the past I eat 6 bread with butter and sugar / coffee with sweetened condensed milk. I also have vowed to stop eating potato chips and tortilla chips.
I'm 5'7 and about 158 pounds ( the normal is about 153 ). I don't look fat on my picture : http://geocities.com/quackatoot/cow.gif
but underneath my shirt.. its all baby fats.. yea.. i'm like one big baby !! yea yea.. my sisters still calls me "heya big baby" !! |
