hihi.. has anyone made potato chips ? I have and it taste soo good :) I'll share ..
1) slice some potatoe with slicer ( the thinner the better)
2) boil them until the white frothy thingy starts to bubble up
3) drain them and dry them up with paper towerl
4) dip each slice on a bowl of Stitchy sauce ( microwave 2 tablespoons of butter and 1 tablespoon of red hot sauce)
5) lay them flat on aluminum foil and bake at 350 degF for 10 minutes
6) after 8 minutes, flip them and bake for another 10 minutes
I use a low fat organic soy butter :) |

Sounds good. I'll have to try it sometime. They sound like they're more healthy than regular potato chips. |

yesh yesh and the fun part is you get to estimate whats the total calorie / fats / sodium. Just add the nutritional info from the potato bag, butter and hot sauce :) |

That sounds like a lot of fun to do. I'll have to try that the next time I have the day off from work and don't know what to do. :) |

I've made them too but I didn't boil the potatoes...I pan fried them like a hamburger but I'll give your recipie a try. |

hihi :) i boiled them so it would lessen the carbs from the natural starchy white foamy substance that comes out when its boiling.. at least thats what I read :)
and it also makes the chips cleaner and shiner :) LOL ! |

awe sensei ur not alone.. im also lazy :)
i've given up hamburger for bout 2 years now !! I'm hoping to give up on pork / beef too !! But to give up chicken will be tricky cuz I tend to eat alot of chicken.
oh speaking of chicken.. my dad always make this sandwich i duno what its called but its made of grilled chicken breast wrapped with ham and cheese, grilled then placed on crispy bread ! whats that called ? |

I am not sure but it sounds a lot like a variation on a Pita Bread sandwich or Tortia ....

The Chik-Fil-A cows!! I love them!! (I love Chik-Fil-A, too. They have good tasting waffle fries.)
