I was just making the comparison because Jordan is quite a Titanic fan.
No, personally I think that's a load of bollocks. The film makers didn't mean any harm with it. If they'd make a parody on it, I understand that could be disgusting, but they're just trying to make it look as real as possible so how is that offensive? And yeah, if it still does, don't watch it. Simply don't buy the movie ticket or skip to another channel when they're showing the advert. Besides, it's not just the movie that reminds people of 9/11 again, how often do we come across a an article in a magazine or on the internet or a documentary about it? Should ban them too in that case..
Otherwise I don't think watching that film is half as emotional as visiting Ground Zero in New York. I myself visited Pearl Harbor last year and was a lot more touched when I actually was there rather than when I watched films and documentaries of it. |
So you agree that they make the movie ?
I still think it`s a big difference between a movie or documentary about a war.
A docu about 9/11 i think tells it more how it is in a movie they sometimes twist things.
And i know it is half as emotional as visiting groudn zero.
I have seen several war sites in Croatia (former Joegoslavia) |
