The other two are Eva Longoria from Desperate Housewives, and Christina Applegate from various TV shows (Married...With Children) and Broadway musicals (Sweet Charity).

I think the guy in the video was Ryan, from American Idol. There was a cartoon verison of him on a show on MTV. If you want to know what show, you need to PM me, there's a good reason I don't talk about certain topics in the fourms. Oh, about where Ryan was found, it was in the begining of the video, I think. I did the video on TRL, Ifilms, and YouTube.
