Bilingual HR Generalist

CoWorx Staffing is seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist in the Manchested, NH area! This role manages various HR functions while being fluent in at least two languages, facilitating effective communication in diverse workplaces.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews in both languages. Facilitate onboarding sessions to ensure new hires understand company policies and benefits.
Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing their concerns and ensuring clear communication regarding HR policies and procedures. This includes resolving workplace conflicts and promoting employee engagement.
Benefits Administration: Oversee employee benefits programs, ensuring that all employees, regardless of language, have access to information and support regarding their benefits.
Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, maintaining accurate employee records in both languages. This includes handling sensitive information and ensuring that all employment documents are completed correctly.
Training and Development: Coordinate and deliver training sessions in both languages, supporting the development of a culturally inclusive workplace.

Fluency in Two Languages: Proficiency in at least two languages (e.g., English and Spanish)
