Maintenance Technician

CoWorx is looking for experienced Maintenance Mechanics to keep our high-speed manufacturing equipment running at peak performance in the Littleton, MA area!
This is a direct hire opportunity with excellent pay, full benefits, and long-term career potential. Positions are available on 2nd and 3rd shift with overtime and shift differentials.

Responsibilities:

Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on production lines
Troubleshoot and repair equipment including PLCs, gearboxes, conveyor belts, and timing systems
Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and production line calls
Handle package changeovers and support equipment upgrades
Work with external contractors for installations or repairs
Participate in wastewater treatment processes and related documentation
Support special projects and continuous improvement efforts

Desired Background/Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers)
Gearboxes and power transmission systems
Conveyor systems
Timing systems
Working knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
Must have your own set of basic hand tools
