2nd Shift Team Lead

CoWorx is seeking a 2nd Shift Team Lead to oversee field talent in the Bolingbrook, IL area. This role ensures smooth daily operations, monitors workforce performance, and serves as the primary liaison between the client and CoWorx management.

Shift: Monday through Friday @ 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Responsibilities:

Monitor and support field talent to ensure adherence to client and company standards.
Act as the main point of contact for client’s onsite management, maintaining strong communication and partnership.
Escalate performance or operational issues promptly to CoWorx management for resolution.
Assist with scheduling and workforce coordination as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
Work occasional overtime based on operational needs.

Desired Background/Skills:

Must be 18 years old or older
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve conflicts effectively.
Reliable and detail-oriented with a focus on team success.
Flexibility to work occasional overtime.
